August
activity in the Greater Vancouver housing market finished well above
last year's pace and slightly below the 10-year average for the month.
There's been a healthy amount of demand in the marketplace this summer
compared to the number of homes listed for sale. Today's market is much
stronger than we saw last year and is consistent with our long-term
averages for this time of year. Buyers should not confuse sales volume
with rising prices. Home prices have been stable and consistent
throughout this year.

25% sales ratio. Average price is $914,166
2. ATTACHED Condos and Townhouses Downtown Vancouver. Sellers market 24% sales ratio. Average Price is $505,000
3. DETACHED Houses in North Vancouver.
Sellers market 23% sales ratio. Average price is $1,021,000
4. ATTACHED Condos and Townhouses on the Eastside. Sellers market 21% sales ratio. Average price $375,000.
