The Charleson! I have more information for buyers.
This
Onni building will go to Market in April 2014. The sales center will
located at The Mark and will be an exact replica of the units available.
There will be 125 homes in the tower of 39 floors. The Charleson will
be a boutique building with only 3 homes per floor. They will be each
1100-1200sqft. Homes A, B and C will be able to be combined to form
larger homes. There will be 2 elevators on the side of the building so
they are not interfering with the middle of the building floorplans. All
condos will have good size decks, from 120sqft to 180sqft. You can also
do 2 units per floor and have 2 1700sqft units. Onni is working on
having 2 car private garages with each unit. This would be spectacular!
They are also working on perhaps having private wine coolers in the
garages. The finishings will be very high end. WOLF, VIKING, Sub-Zero.
Amenities
will be full fitness center, outdoor pool and hot tub, outdoor kitchen,
24 hour concierge that can accept dry cleaning services and grocery
drop off.
Prices have not yet been determined but the high end sky homes will be priced at approx 900/sqft.
